Day 2 (ages 24m - 5 year old)

Before after school 2 (6yr old - 12 yr old)

Registration fee

A one time registration fee of $25.00 will be required

for all families entering my daycare payable at time of enrollment.

For Full-time / Part-time / Drop-In

Before I can assume responsibility of caring for your child/ren

Deposit

 

I will require a deposit for all families.

Private pay parents: Total equal to two weeks of care required.

Subsidy parents: $100 per family

 

This will be reimbursed when final payment for care provided has been paid as long as a proper

notice has been given as specified in my contract.

                                                          

PLEASE NOTE:

I will not start providing childcare nor will your opening with us be considered saved until this deposit is paid.
